The Problem
I was tasked with designing the packaging for a gin brand. Taking the inspiration from vintage alchemy and classic English heritage, I wanted to create a bottle that feels timeless and rooted in history, capturing a sense of mystery and sophistication.
Goal
The label design features an intricate illustration of an old English town, evoking a nostalgic atmosphere that aligns with the brand’s heritage feel. I used a rich, deep green for the label, paired with classic typefaces and subtle details, to emphasize the product’s high quality and artisanal craftsmanship. The wooden cap adds a natural, rustic touch, enhancing the vintage aesthetic. Together, these elements create a look that invites consumers to experience the depth and character of The Old Alchemist gin.
